Clarity from complexity.
Here is exactly what working together looks like.
What working together looks like.
The First Conversation
A 30-minute call with no agenda other than understanding. You describe the decision you're facing — its stakes, its pressures, what makes it hard. I listen. At the end, I tell you plainly whether I can help, and how. No pitch. No proposal. Just a conversation.
Mapping the Decision
Before we can work through a decision, we need to understand its actual shape. What type of decision is this? What are the real constraints? What assumptions are you carrying that haven't been examined? This session maps the terrain — so the work that follows is aimed at the right problem.
Working Through It
This is the core of the engagement. Structured sessions in which we examine the decision from every angle — analytical rigour and observational intelligence together. I push back on weak reasoning. I surface what you're avoiding. I hold the complexity without trying to simplify it away. The pace is yours. The work is ours.
The Moment of Clarity
Not a recommendation from me. A decision that is genuinely yours — arrived at through rigorous thinking, not deferred to someone else. You leave with the ability to explain it clearly, defend it under pressure, and own it fully. That is the only outcome that matters.
Three formats. One purpose.
For leaders who have one specific decision in front of them and need a structured thinking partner for a defined period of time.
- A dedicated 3-hour working session
- Full decision mapping and structured analysis
- Written summary of key reasoning and considerations
- Follow-up within 48 hours
For executives navigating a complex decision that spans weeks — a restructuring, a market entry, a leadership change, a major investment.
- Regular structured sessions throughout the project
- Real-time support between sessions
- Document review and decision framework support
- Full confidentiality — no record-keeping outside our work
For leaders who want a consistent thinking partner across the full arc of their work — across multiple decisions, over time, as the landscape shifts.
- Priority availability, including unscheduled calls
- Ongoing decision support as situations evolve
- Strategic sounding board across all areas of your work
- Deepening relationship and contextual understanding over time
Four things I am not.
A management consultant
I don't arrive with a framework, conduct an audit, and hand you a slide deck of recommendations. My job is not to tell you what to do — it is to help you decide.
A coach
I don't ask what you feel, help you set goals, or guide you toward personal growth. This work is about one thing: the decision in front of you, and whether your thinking about it is sound.
A therapist
I don't explore your past, work through emotional patterns, or help you understand why you think the way you think. We focus entirely on the decision — its logic, its stakes, its hidden assumptions.
An AI tool
I sit with you in the complexity. I hold the tension of a decision that doesn't have a clean answer. I notice what you're avoiding. No system can do that — and the decisions that matter most require exactly that.
