Privacy, Terms
and Confidentiality
This page sets out how Logic and Senses handles your information, the terms under which this website is offered, and the confidentiality principles that govern all advisory work.
Privacy Policy
Last updated: March 2026
Logic and Senses does not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for commercial purposes. Full stop.
Who we are
Logic and Senses is an independent executive advisory practice operated by Shingo Potier de la Morandière. This policy applies to all information collected through this website (logicandsenses.com) and any communications initiated through it.
What information we collect
When you use the contact form on this site, we collect:
- Your name
- Your email address
- The message you submit, including any description of your situation
- Your country of residence, if provided
We do not collect payment information, and we do not use cookies beyond those required to operate the website platform (Squarespace). We do not use Google Analytics or any third-party tracking that requires a consent banner.
How we use your information
Information submitted through the contact form is used solely to:
- Respond to your message personally
- Assess whether the advisory service may be relevant to your situation
- Communicate with you if an advisory relationship follows
Your information is not used for marketing purposes, is not added to mailing lists without your explicit consent, and is not processed by automated systems to make decisions about you.
Where your data is stored
Contact form submissions are processed by Squarespace and delivered by email to the practice. Squarespace's data processing infrastructure is compliant with applicable data protection regulations. You can review Squarespace's own privacy policy at squarespace.com/privacy.
How long we keep your information
Enquiries that do not result in an advisory engagement are retained only for as long as necessary to respond to your message, typically no longer than 12 months. Information relating to active or past engagements is retained for a reasonable period in accordance with professional practice standards.
Your rights
You have the right to request access to the information we hold about you, to ask for it to be corrected or deleted, and to object to its processing. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at info@logicandsenses.com. We will respond within 30 days.
Analytics
This website uses privacy-respecting analytics software that does not use cookies and does not collect personally identifiable information. No consent banner is required. Aggregate data (page views, referral sources, country-level geography) is used solely to understand how the site is performing.

Confidentiality
Last updated: March 2026
What you share in an advisory engagement with Logic and Senses stays between us. No case studies are produced without your explicit written permission. No names, organisations, or situations are referenced publicly in any form.
The principle
The advisory relationship depends entirely on the ability to think freely and speak honestly. This is only possible when both parties are certain that what is said in the room — or in the message — goes no further. Confidentiality is therefore not a legal formality at Logic and Senses. It is the condition that makes the work possible.
What this means in practice
- No information you share — in an enquiry, in sessions, or in written exchanges — will be disclosed to any third party without your explicit consent.
- No case studies, testimonials, or references to your situation will ever appear on this website, in marketing materials, or in any public communication.
- Your name and organisation will not be used in any context — including private conversations with other clients or advisors — without your permission.
- Engagement details, including the fact that you have sought advisory support, are treated as strictly private.
Enquiries before an engagement
The same standard applies from the moment you make contact. Information shared in a preliminary enquiry — including the nature of the decision you are facing and the context surrounding it — is held in complete confidence regardless of whether an engagement follows.
Formal confidentiality agreements
For engagements where institutional context requires it, a mutual non-disclosure agreement (NDA) can be executed before any substantive work begins. Please indicate this preference in your initial message and a standard agreement will be provided for review.
Limits of confidentiality
Confidentiality does not extend to information that: (a) was already in the public domain at the time of disclosure; (b) is required to be disclosed by applicable law or legal process; or (c) relates to conduct that poses an imminent risk of serious harm. In any such case, you would be informed in advance wherever legally permissible.
